What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our minimum order quantity, as set forth by the factory, is 100 of the same size, color, and phrase. We recommend that you order at least 1000 so you can get a lower unit cost. The lower the unit cost the higher the profits. We are able to process orders from 100 to 5,000,000.

How long does it take to process an order?
Turn around time varies depending on the production schedule of our factory. The expected turn around time is approximately two weeks plus a few days for shipping. It can take a little longer depending on the quantity ordered. We recommend you plan ahead to give us time so we don’t have to rush your order. We do offer a rush option that can be processed in ten days plus shipping time.

Are there any mold charges or setup fees?
Yes, there are mold charges/setup fees but we include that in our costs. We do not show that as a separate cost. Our pricing is all inclusive.

Can I order more than one color with the same phrase?
Certainly! For each quantity of 100 you may choose a different color. You can even mix your colors to create a unique marble look.

How many letters can I use and do you charge by the letter?
We do not charge by the letter. There is no limit on the number of letters for any quantity. You can wrap your phrase all the way around if you wish.

What is meant by the term “debossing”?
Debossing is the term used to describe what we do with the phrase or lettering on the wristband. Debossing means that the letters are recessed or molded into the wristband. The letters are molded below the surface of the wristband.

What are your wristbands made of?
Our wristbands are made from 100% silicone rubber that goes through a polishing process before they are shipped to you. We do not use a synthetic rubber to make our wristbands.

What sizes do you offer?
We offer 3 different sizes. We have an adult size which has a circumference that is just under 8 inches. We also have the youth size which has a circumference that is slightly over 7 inches. Since the adult size is too big for most children and the youth size is too small for most adults we came up with the medium size. The medium size has a circumference that is just slightly under 7.5 inches.
